What I Collect
PlayPlinkoAU is an editorial site. I do not require accounts, I do not run a casino, and I do not collect payment data. The data I do collect is the minimum needed to run the site and understand what content readers find useful.
- Server logs: IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URL, timestamps. Retained for 30 days.
- Analytics: anonymised page-view data via a privacy-friendly analytics provider. No personal identifiers.
- Cookies: essential cookies for site preferences (dark mode toggle if applicable). No advertising cookies.
- Affiliate clicks: when you click an outbound /go/ link, the destination casino may set its own tracking cookie. That is the casino's privacy practice, not mine.
What I Do Not Collect
- No casino accounts. I do not have a login system.
- No payment data. I never see your AUD, crypto or banking details.
- No advertising profile. No display-ad networks, no behavioural targeting.
- No data sold. I do not sell or rent reader data to any third party.
Cookies
I use the minimum cookies needed to make the site function. Strictly essential cookies do not require consent under Australian or EU law. If I add any non-essential cookies in the future (e.g. analytics that tracks individuals), I will add a consent banner before they fire.
Affiliate Disclosure
Some outbound links on this site point to casinos that pay me a commission when readers sign up. These are marked `rel="sponsored nofollow"` on every link, in line with Google's guidance. Affiliate relationships do not influence editorial rankings โ I have declined offers from casinos that did not meet my testing standards.
Your Rights
Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you have the right to request access to any personal data I hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, and request deletion. Given how little I collect (no accounts, no profiles), these requests will usually be a quick check of the server logs. Email the address in the footer to request anything.
Changes to This Policy
If I change this policy, I will update the date at the top and post a notice on the home page for 30 days. Material changes will be flagged in the page header.
